Leslie  has worked in the childcare field and as part of the Oak Tree team since 2015. She is a Master teacher, holds her Oklahoma Directors credentials and will earn her CDA in the spring of 2025. Leslie has spent much of her career as our Lead Toddler teacher. Her favorite thing about working in childcare is watching children grow and develop from crawling and learning to talk to ending their time with us ready for public school. She enjoys how energetic and ever-changing each day is and building positive relationships with each child and parent. Leslie has loved her time as a teacher and is eager to bring that enthusiasm and experience into the management side. We are so grateful to have her early childhood knowledge and her dedicated attitude as part of our leadership team.
